One to One Session
In person coaching session to meet the needs of your requirement, this could be one of the following:
Running Form tune up
Track Session
Consultation prior to enrolling with an ongoing coaching plan (refundable if monthly coaching is booked)
Session duration: 1 hour
Within the West Midlands for in person, virtual option or further travel can be discussed on enquiry.
Ongoing Monthly Coaching
Initial consultation to include:
Athlete Profiling
Goal Setting
Race Calendar setting (if applicable).
Your goal may simply be to improve your own fitness and not to race.
You will be sent a link to connect with Coach Geoff on Training Peaks. This is where he will monitor your progress and set your training.
One to One Sessions available at a discounted rate.
You will have the option of a zoom call every two weeks and a group zoom with other Athletes each month.
In order to provide the highest level of service Geoff will only coach a Max of 6 Athletes on an ongoing basis.
Race Specific Coaching
The same as Ongoing Monthly Coaching mentioned above. Tailored to suit a specific race and the training will cease on completion of the event.
5k - 6 weeks
10k - 8 weeks
Half Marathon - 12 weeks
Marathon - 16 weeks
Training Plans
Downloadable training plans for you to work through by yourself.
Each plan includes: 5k, 10k, Half Marathon and Marathon.
Varying levels of ability are available:
Beginner
Intermediate
Advanced
