Geoff is an experienced marathon runner having completed 18 to date and coached himself from a time of 4:18 to a time of 3:08.

Prior to focusing on the marathon distance Geoff took part in over 20 Obstacle Course Race events (OCRs). Including two 8hr endurance events one of which took place throughout the night.

He completed the Atlantic Coast Challenge in 2021. A multi day Ultra marathon event covering 78.6 miles along the coastal path from near Padstow in Cornwall to Lands End.

He featured in the Prime Video documentary Mind Games The Experiment where he coached Memory Man Ben Pridmore. This was part of groundbreaking research conducted in association with ASICS to discover if movement and exercise could sharpen the already sharpest of minds.

Geoff has been a part of the ASICS FrontRunner UK team since 2018.

He is an Ex Military Firefighter located in Birmingham, UK.
